Can a dust collector run continuously at full load for long periods? Does it affect the cartridges?

Continuous 24-hour operation is possible under design conditions, provided: 1) Filtration velocity, operating temperature and dust characteristics match the cartridge requirements; 2) The cleaning system works properly on schedule. Long-term full-load operation with untimely cleaning causes dust caking on cartridges, continuously rising resistance, accelerated media aging and damage, and greatly shortened service life.
