What are the common cartridge cleaning methods and what scenarios do they suit?
Two mainstream cleaning methods: 1) Automatic pulse cleaning — the mainstream method; a momentary high-pressure air blast shakes dust off the cartridge surface, thorough and highly automated, suitable for most dry dust conditions; 2) Manual shaking — used by small simple collectors; dust is shaken off by hand, suitable for low-concentration, coarse dust, with average results. Sticky or moist dust cannot be removed by conventional cleaning and tends to cake and clog.
