What pulse cleaning air pressure is appropriate? What are the harms of too high or too low pressure?
Standard pressure for normal conditions is 0.3–0.5 MPa. 1) Too low: insufficient injection force — surface dust cannot detach completely; long-term accumulation raises resistance and lowers suction. 2) Too high: the high-pressure jet repeatedly impacts the media, easily causing pleat deformation, media damage and seam cracking, shortening service life, and causing dust re-entrainment.
